01 / The challenge

Build recognition.
Support growth.

YLG was entering the immigration market with ambition but without a mature brand system or a clear way to show trust, capability and scale. The first challenge was to create recognition quickly. The later challenge was to protect that recognition while the organization expanded into new channels, teams and ventures.

02 / Role evolution

From brand creation
to brand management.

Phase 012017–2022Independent contract

Building the brand from zero

Freelance Brand Designer

YLG entered a competitive immigration market without a complete brand or market-facing system. I built the original identity foundation and extended it across the early touchpoints clients would see, hold, visit and remember.

Scaling the system across teams

Art Director & Marketing Manager

After the first phase helped establish recognition, I returned inside the organization to guide the rebrand, manage creative output and keep YLG, TFN, YLG Media and startup-related campaigns moving through one coordinated visual direction.

03 / Brand in space

Identity in the
environment.

Across both contract periods, the YLG identity extended beyond print and digital communication into two office environments, consultation areas, signage and branded spatial experiences.
